Schedule a Tour
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by one of our Event Supervisors who will tour the facility with you. During your visit, we can review availability and answer any questions you may have.
Review Availability, Inclusions & Upgrades
The sales office will review all the detailed features of the facility and will answer all of your questions.
Note: weekend rentals include a five hour event, three hours prior start time for set up, and one hour of breakdown time after the event as well as tables, black chiavari chairs, and two portable bars.
Catering, Deposits & Insurance

To reserve your date, we require a 50% room rental deposit. The balance is due two weeks before your event date.
Liability insurance is an additional requirement for the day of your event. If you have home owners they typically can add Camden County Boathouse on the rider for that day usually at no cost to you. If that is not an option, we can refer an insurance company that many of our clients use who charges a $75 fee.

Weekday pricing does not include setup or breakdown time; please call for quotes. For pricing during off-peak season and 6-month booking windows, please call for more information. Cocktail Room & Wedding Lounge are included with Ballroom Rental.

Optional Upgrades
On-Site Ceremony Fee
$500 per event
This fee covers the extra 30 minutes for the ceremony and indoor ceremony setup by staff.
Audio Visual Package
$125 per day
Includes:
